Review methodology
How we test the trail
Our testing team runs the same sequence on every guide so that numbers can be compared across pages.
- Order placement. We buy with a standard account, note the confirmation time to the minute, and record whether a payment page failed before succeeding.
- Warehouse intake. We log the day a parcel scans into storage and the storage clock it starts, then compare with the seller's stated dispatch.
- Consolidation. We file a merge request, record how long the request sat before action, and check whether items arrived in one parcel or were split.
- QC photos. We request a photo set on every order and grade the images on angle, lighting and whether labels and seals are legible.
- Packing and weight. Parcels that reach the Singapore workroom are weighed twice on a calibrated scale, measured with a steel rule, and compared against the warehouse's packed weight.
- Line selection and handoff. We compare at least two shipping lines on cost, quoted window and the actual handoff date, and publish the gap between quote and delivery.
Scores
Checkpoint and product scores use a five-point scale written as X / 5, run from 5 excellent down to 1 very poor, and only items we ordered and handled are scored. Comparison tables list the test date beside every row so readers can see how fresh the numbers are.
