We time warehouse steps and measure parcels, and both can drift. If a reader reports a checkpoint that no longer matches what the warehouse does, we re-place the order and re-time the step before changing the text.

• Write to editorial@itao-buy.com with the page address, the step in question and the date you saw it.
• We acknowledge within three working days and aim to re-test within 14 days.
• Substantive changes are noted at the foot of the page with the date and a one-line description of what moved.
• Factual errors in weights, dates or line names are corrected immediately, with the old figure kept in the change note.

We do not delete a page because a result turned out unflattering. We correct it and date it.
