About Rafael Duarte
Rafael keeps the desk's order archive: confirmation receipts, support thread timestamps, agent reply intervals and the version history behind every comparison table. He came to the desk in 2023 from a market research firm where he built timing studies for delivery networks, and he translates those habits into trail work, one order at a time.

How I test
Rafael timestamps every support message and agent reply to the minute, tags each order with its test run, and rebuilds comparison tables from the raw log rather than from memory. He flags any checkpoint where two runs disagree by more than a day and sends the case back to the bench for a third order.
