Clara joined the desk in 2022 from a consumer-testing desk where she ran unboxing benches for small electronics. She runs the Singapore workroom: the calibrated scale, the steel rule, the photo booth and the comparison tables. Every packed weight and measurement published on the site passes her bench before it goes live.

Clara opens every parcel on camera, weighs it twice on a calibrated scale, measures all three dimensions with a steel rule, and grades the agent's QC set on angle, lighting and whether seals and labels are legible. She runs at least two shipping lines per order and scores only items she has handled, on a five-point scale.
