He places the order himself, keeps the confirmation receipt, and refuses to publish a window he has not seen twice on separate orders. When a step is slow, the write-up says so.

Clara opens every parcel on camera, weighs it twice on a calibrated scale, measures all three dimensions with a steel rule, and grades the agent's QC set on angle, lighting and whether seals and labels are legible. She runs at least two shipping lines per order and scores only items she has handled, on a five-point scale.
