Wer wir sind

ITaobuy Buying Trail ist ein kleines Redaktionsbüro mit Sitz in Singapur, gegründet 2021 von Marcus Yeo. Wir decken ein enges Thema ab: was tatsächlich zwischen der Aufgabe einer ersten Bestellung auf dem ITaobuy-Verlauf und dem Verlassen eines konsolidierten Pakets das Lager geschieht. Auftragsbestätigung, Eingangsscans, Lagerfristen, QC-Foto-Anfragen, Packgewichte, Linienauswahl und die abschließende Übergabe — jeder Schritt wird zeitlich erfasst, fotografiert und dokumentiert.

Wir sind drei Redakteure und kaufen die Artikel selbst. Die Redaktion führt ein laufendes Protokoll mit Bestellnummern, Lager-Ticketzeiten und Kurierereignissen, und jeder von uns veröffentlichte Leitfaden entsteht aus diesem Protokoll statt aus einer Pressemappe.

Warum der Verlauf und nicht der Katalog

Erstkäufer scheitern selten wegen der Produktseite. Sie verlieren Tage durch ein Lager, das ein Paket erst am vierten Tag erfasst, eine Konsolidierungsanfrage, die gestellt wird, bevor der letzte Artikel eintrifft, oder ein Packgewicht, das stillschweigend die geplante Versandlinie verändert. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, diese Checkpoints sichtbar zu machen, bevor ein Leser Geld ausgibt.

Wie wir arbeiten

Hinter jedem veröffentlichten Verlauf steht eine von uns aufgegebene Bestellung, ein von uns festgehaltener Zeitstempel und, sofern das Paket uns erreichte, ein auf der Werkbank ermitteltes Gewicht und Maß. Wir veröffentlichen die von uns beobachteten Wartetage, auch die unspektakulären. Wenn ein Schritt langsam ist, steht im Bericht, dass er langsam ist.

Über Marcus Yeo

Marcus founded the desk in Singapore in 2021 after a decade spent on the operations side of cross-border e-commerce, where he tracked warehouse intake windows and merge queues for a regional forwarder. He writes the trail frameworks the rest of the desk tests against, keeps the master timestamp log, and personally re-runs any guide whose checkpoint numbers move.

He places the order himself, keeps the confirmation receipt, and refuses to publish a window he has not seen twice on separate orders. When a step is slow, the write-up says so.

Clara joined the desk in 2022 from a consumer-testing desk where she ran unboxing benches for small electronics. She runs the Singapore workroom: the calibrated scale, the steel rule, the photo booth and the comparison tables.
